ORA Group Begins Bookings for 60-Acre Plotted Development in Karjat
ORA Group has started bookings for T60, a gated plotted development on 60 acres of hillside land in Karjat, Raigad district. The launch comes as three infrastructure projects in the area have reached completion around the same time, each affecting how Karjat connects to Mumbai and Navi Mumbai. The Atal Setu, also known as the Mumbai Trans Harbour Link, has reduced the Mumbai to Karjat drive to around 60 minutes. Separately, the Panvel-Karjat suburban rail line is now operational, cutting the Navi Mumbai to Karjat commute to under 30 minutes. Navi Mumbai International Airport began commercial flights in December 2025, with Panvel serving as the primary access point and sitting a short distance from Karjat.
